Annual Mancos Valley Historical Society Yard Sale is THIS SATURDAY, June 15, and the Mancos bank parking lot 8 am to 3 pm. Donations welcomed. No clothing please!!
Linda Simmons will be resigning as President of MVHS at the end of the summer. She is going to work for Fort Lewis College again, and she has some poetry related contract work which will take her to South Dakota. If you are interested in this volunteer position, or know someone who may be interested, please contact us as soon as possible.
We are now a 501(c)3 organization.
We are pleased to announce that the Mancos Valley Historical Society was granted IRS status as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization on Feb. 1, 2017. Therefore, all contributions made to the organization are now tax deductible. Please note that membership fees are not considered a donation.
